As new residential communities and commercial sites are developed, Erosion Control and Storm Water Management is a serious obstacle that requires experienced direction and continued focus. It is the developer’s responsibility to be environmentally conscious and to maintain a site in compliance with state and federal regulations. It is our position to: first, understand these regulations and to provide the site management documentation necessary; second, to provide the preventative and proactive services needed to maintain a site’s compliance; ultimately, to prevent the potential of the developer to be impacted by job shutdowns and heavy fines imposed by these agencies.
